No returns or No exchanges after 7 days after delivery. Store credit can be given in rare cases that are suitable to owner.
If buyer has failed to properly care for t-shirts such as wash in cold water, dry on low heat, and iron t-shirt inside out, we are not responsible for any damages to t-shirt.
We want you to have the best experience when shopping online with us, so if for whatever reason you're not satisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible.
If item is received damaged, a picture of item must be sent to rippleminllc@gmail.com or no return or refund will be given.
Exchange Policy
If item does not fit, customer must ship item back prior to receiving new merchandise. Item must be unused and in the same condition that customer received it.
Customer will be held responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If item was received damaged, shipping costs will be reimbursed after proof is given.
Wrong Shipping address
If customer has inserted wrong shipping address and product was sent back, you must pay shipping fee for us to ship your item or we will cancel your order and reimburse you. Please be sure to check that all of your information is correct before checking out.
Final Sales
All Sales are FINAL! No exchanges or returns are accepted for discounted items. If "discounted item" is displayed in product's description, that item will not be suitable for returns or exchanges.
